Good things come to those who wait...

Over the last few sunny days and weeks, our grapes have been able to ripen considerably, so today is the day for us to begin this year's harvest.

Today we harvested the base wine for our sparkling wine and our Rosa von Eckhof.

Next week's program includes: Gemischter Satz, Burgunder Cuvée, and Gelber Muskateller.

The quality is excellent across the board; we can look forward to 100% healthy and, above all, ripe grapes with beautiful acidity, which we will vinify in the cellar according to time-honored tradition and proven methods.
